Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Membership tiers, including Coral Reef, Pearl Cove, Sapphire Shore, Emerald Isle, and Diamond Bay, are defined by the level of financial contribution. Each tier offers different benefits, including digital certificates, personalized recognition, exclusive content, and tangible items. Fulfillment of certain benefits, such as personalized videos or restoration projects, may take several days to weeks to process.
Seals Swimwear reserves the right to adjust membership benefits and content without prior notice to maintain the evergreen nature of the product. Seaside Society membership is a symbolic commitment and does not confer ownership, decision-making power, or any other legal rights within Seals Swimwear or its operations. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Additionally, any lifetime discount codes provided to members as part of their benefits are for personal use only.
Sharing, distributing, or making these codes publicly available is unauthorized and may result in the termination of membership and all associated benefits.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
